The Victoria State Emergency Service Act 2005 prescribes the functions that are to performed by VICSES Units.
All comments, visuals, videos and other type of material ("User Content") posted by individuals on our Facebook, Twitter and YouTube pages do not necessarily reflect the opinions or ideals of the Victoria State Emergency Service.
Moderators do not monitor every posting of User Content on our social networks. However, VICSES expects that users will not post any materials that fall into any of the following categories and may have removed any materials that:
• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
• Publish, post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, misleading or unlawful material or information.
